Here… right now… it’s all about you. You chose to take the time to get better. I’m here to challenge you to do the hard things, but you decide to battle through it. It’s not going to be easy and it won’t always be fun, but if it was, then it wouldn’t feel as good at the end. You are going to want to quit and say “I can’t,” but we don’t do that, We don’t do “I can’t.” We push through what we thought we couldn’t achieve, we come out stronger at the end together and we come back tomorrow for more.
Just remember two simple things, on your worst day and on your best… Show up and be your best.

FAQ
Great news, the first 7 days is on us. You get to try it out for free. If all goes well (which we hope it does!) it is just $30 a month. This will give you access to all of the live classes as well as the Media Vault. You will be considered a subscriber and we do have special offers for subscribers only (more details below). If you are not ready to be a subscriber we also offer the opportunity to sign up for the LIVE classes for $10.
You have full access to all THREE LIVE classes that will be offered every week. That will include two barre classes and one TRAIN class. You will also have unlimited access to the MEDIA VAULT. Anytime, any place. Within that media vault you will have all past live classes that you will be able to access for up to 30 days and you will recieve three new classes in the media vault each week. On top of all of this YOGA will be a offered to SUBSCRIBERS ONLY. 4 yoga classes will be posted each month and will be catered to help you recover from your hard workouts you conquered all week with us.
Be sure to also keep a look out for Resistance Run which will be released early next year (that’s right around the corner).
We take payment through credit card on the website through a secured payment taken through STRIPE.
Once subscription membership is set up, There’s nothing to worry about. Payments are automatically applied monthly and can be canceled at any time with no charge.
Each live class will be dumped into the VAULT and will land there for up to 30 days. You will have full access to it as a subscriber and can take the classes however many times you choose. You will also have access to 4 new yoga classes a month in the VAULT as well as some specialized classes offered for subscribers only.

Barre
Barre is the secret sauce. A full body burn that leaves you feeling strong, yet long lean and fit. It is an athletic approach between yoga and pilates and trust me you will see and feel the amazing changes it makes to your body. It includes light weights, band work, cardio blast and athletic moves all while moving to upbeat music. Give yourself just 50 minutes while we focus on the upper body, lower body, posture and core work.

- Lightweights (2lb, 3lb, 4lb, 5lb)
- Band
- No shoes required
Train
TRAIN is here to challenge the athlete within you. Putting you on the clock for 40 minutes to get after a HIIT workout that includes moves ranging from walking lunges, to high plank- low plank, calf raises and mountain climbers. We will bring the heart rate up and down while testing your strength and endurance all in one. Power through 40 minutes of work and walk away knowing you conquered a full body burn while you feel the sweat dripping from every inch of your body.

- Weights of your choice (A heavier option is good to have, mixed in some options)
Yoga
Yoga means to Unite – bring together your breath and dynamic movement to create a rhythmic meditation of strength in both body and mind. We believe in creating a space where students can make their practice their own finding presence in the moment. Tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and finish with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. Your yoga practice will leave you feeling both restored and stimulated.
